Game Mechanics
All stats are based on 20 being the average, above 20 is better than average, below 20 is worse.
The mod for any stats is (the stat-20)/2. So a strength of 34 will be (34-20)/2 = 7.

hp = build bonus+misc hp bonus+(base hp*level)
base mana = 8wiz, 4rog, 6cleric, 2war
levels, starting at 1, grant 4 attribute points and 1 skill point.
skill tiers open at level 1 and every level divisible by 3.
4 abilities per tier, 1 for each attribute
classes cost 0, 1, 2, 3, skill points to gain access to.
